downgrade from 10.2.1?

I am running it on my ipad mini 2 and was wondering if there was any way to downgrade back to 10.2?

I have looked around and have found nothing on how to downgrade at the moment.

Impossible since Apple stopped signing anything below 10.2.1

What issues are you having with 10.2.1 that weren't present on 10.2?

none that I noticed ... I was just looking to downgrade to Jailbreak my mini so I could use a mouse on it. I brought it into work and would be a lot easier if I could use a mouse.
