I have an iPhone 4 and redsn0w got stuck at "waiting for device"

Can anyone tell me how to downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 on Mac OS X (I have the 6.1.3 blobs)

are they complete blobs?

maybe try making a custom ipsw and use itunes to pwned DFU shift + click restore from there? make sure itunes is 11.0.5 or lower
