You can downgrade to 8.3. Nothing else is an option.hey Guys!
Any idea how to downgrade iOS 9 to iOS 8.1.3 from Yosemite? iTunes keeps giving me a "This device isn't eligible for this firmware" error when I try to downgrade... any ideas?! Tried for an hour now and no avail.
thx!
You have to do a dfu restore! (Google it)
Ps better hope an iCloud backup didn't take place whilst you were on iOS 9 too!
I love beta season.Every year...
I love beta season.
"I didn't believe them when they said 'don't use your primary mac'".
"I figured the Beta would be stable"
Come on, guys. Apple has bugs in the GM, why in the world would you install their Beta on your primary iPhone?
And floods the iOS 9 forum with garbage.Keeps us entertained I guess
Op had already had this explainedA DFU restore isn't going to get them back to 8.1.x. Only the latest for that device, which would have to be 8.3 if it's a device eligible for 9.
Yeah you won't be going back to 8.1.3. If you would like to downgrade you'll have to go to 8.3 or 8.4 beta. I'd recommend the 8.3. Are you a registered dev? If so you can just download the IPSW and install it.hey Guys!
