Downgrade iPhone 3GS from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2?

I have a 3GS 3.1.3 which I am trying to downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 -- I have heard this may be possible. Any suggestions?? (using a Mac)

In order to do this, you would have to have been previously jailbroken on 3.1.2 and have your SHSH on file with saurik via cydia.

I assume I cannot restore 3.1.2 through itunes?

If you dont have your SHSH's saved thru cydia it will not be possible to downgrade a 3GS.
