Does anyone know if it is possible to downgrade the 9.1 beta to 9.0 GM? I am planning on selling my iPhone 6 plus to get the iPhone 6s Plus and want to sell it with iOS 9.0 GM instead of my dev version of iOS 9.1 Thanks.

Yes it is. Just download the iOS 9 GM IPSW and put your phone in recovery mode and and you'll be able to downgrade.
Not sure it would work with recovery mode given that that would typically install the latest public version (which is 8.4.1). I believe you just get the 9.0 GM and option click on the restore option in iTunes and select that IPSW as the one to use for the restore.
