Downgraded and now missing all data in Activity app

I downgraded to 12.1.1 through the iTunes Shift+Update method. Everything looks as it should except my Activity app, which is completely empty.

Is this something that will rectify itself or did I screw something up? Thanks in advance.

I downgraded from the latest beta back to 12.1.3 and lost some of the activity in my activity app. I had more than 365 days of hitting my move goal and now I’m back to 205.

if you had health turned on in your iCloud settings, it may or my not come back on the phone. It will only sync to the cloud and back via WiFi so if you never ever turned on WiFi, it most likely never backed up to the cloud.
