Downgraded iPad Pro 10.5 inch Wi-Fi to iOS 11.3 and something strange happen

It gave a weird error after done says something about SIM and not activated. That is weird because it is only the Wifi model. I know I didn't download the wrong iOS 11.3.1 .ipsw

I forgot the exact error sorry. If anyone know what I am talking about please help.

Just wondering what it means and if I need to redo the iPad restore ? So far it seems to be working fine.

Edit: topic should say 11.3.1
