How much easier does it have to be?

Don't download a beta on your main device.

No. Simple download the 9.3.2 ISPW and restore through iTunes.

just wondering the easiest way for I go back to iOS 9.3 from iOS 10 beta

I was able to downgrade by Holding Option-> Check for update-> then pointing it at the downloaded 9.3.2 IPSW. This was on a 6S and everything went back to how i had it before updating to iOS10
