Downgrading from IOS 9 beta

I've had the ios 9 beta for some time now and im tired of the bugs and lags of the operating system. I understand that its only a beta. But, i would like to downgrade back to Ios 8.4. But, i dont want to lose my photos. Is there a way for me to backup my photos and then downgrade back to Ios 8.4?

back up your photos to iCloud.. then restore to 8.4. Once back on 8.4 all your photos are on iCloud and available to download/view

Settings, general, iCloud, photos, iCloud Photo Library on.
