Downgrading Pwned 2.0 to 1.1.4

I really need to downgrade my iPhone 2G pwned back to a factory setting 1.1.4

How do I do this I really need help. Thanks

I went to 2.0 today to see what the fuss is about and came back to 1.1.4. Decided I prefer the more complete and free offerings from installer than paying for crippled apps from the store. Maybe in a month or two. Maybe 1.1.4 forever!

i downloaded 7.5 itunes. tried to download 1.1.4 for the iphone, but it downloaded as a folder, not a lego block looking app. is that how it should be?
also, i'm on a mac. as far as step 4, is that where ziphone could come in?
