Can I downgrade 3.1.3. 3g iphone with 5.12.01 modem firmware. to 3.1.2.? i had never unlocked or jailbroke this phone before...

YES YOU CAN. You can downgrade to 3.1.2 and JB, but you will not be able to unlock

I jailbroke this same phone yesterday, but cydia wouldnt work.. on it.. it said unable to load. no internet connection, but my 3g 8gb white would work..

Can you try re-jailbreaking it? That might have been a bad jailbreak. That happens.

Did you restore after you jailbroke? Or is it currently still jailbroken, just not getting a wireless connection?

just to double check.. on redsnow 0.9.4. i point it towards 3.12 even though i have 3.1.3. then just follow d steps
