Download App issue - Purchase sharing of some sort

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone here will be able to help me.

Me and my Wife are showing as being in the Family in iOS. When she tries to download an app from the app store on her phone, it asks for my own password, rather than hers.

I don't have Purchase Sharing setup currently.

Any idea what might be happening here?

check her phone's Settings > Name > Media & Purchases > View Account. Could be set to your Apple ID.

If not - likely some app on her phone WAS installed by your ID and she's trying to update it. If so, delete the app & reinstall to get it onto her own ID.
