What is the easiest way to download a movie that's embedded?

In particular, this one: http://radiogodis.se/luciarock.htm

I have tried some tricks, but none seems to work...

Any suggestions?

The firefox browser...though slow etc does have free application you can add. "videodownload helper" as an extension...I have used it 100+ times...its free and unlike most...actually works. You get this by having the firefox open...then go to tools...then go to extensions...then add to firefox

This one is free and worked for this situation: https://addons.mozilla.org/sv-se/firefox/addon/download-flash-and-video/

What I *could* have tried, was to add .flv after the video URL (which is given in the activity monitor in Safari and/or Firefox), and I would have been able to download it directly... Nevertheless, it's good to have some options in the future.

FYI: This video is a VHS recording from a music show sent in Sweden 1981.
