Is there any way I can download iOS 13.7? I’m not a fan of iOS 14 so I don’t want to get it. 13.7 is the farthest I’ll go for now. I’m on 13.1 currently.

iOS 13.7, or really any version of iOS 13, is no longer being signed. You can either stay with what you have or update to the latest supported version, which is currently iOS 14.3.
