Download music from safari to the ipad

I was just curious if it is possible to download music from sites like audiojungle or any other sites that has royalty free music?

VLC for iPad can download music and video files if you have the address for the actual media file. This can be done inside the VLC interface using the "Downloads"-section of the app (you can get there by clicking on the cone in the top-left corner).
