i have been having problems with my internet ever since I got my mac. Sometimes its fast. sometimes its really slow. I set my airport extreme to wireless N 5ghz only so that b or g devices cant connect. and use my linksys for my iphone, and other wifi devices. What is a good website for testing speeds, and what is a good download speed using my setup?

As far as "ideal" speed? Can't help you there unless you tell us what type of internet connection you have (DSL, Cable?) and the download rate plan you are on with them.

Again, it depends on the advertised download speed that your cable company says you should get, but it sounds good.
Ex: My cable sevice offers 6.0mbps down and 364 kbps up. Running speed test, I get 5578kbps down and 423kbps up.
