Pretty unimpressive selection.
Why oh why can't phone manufacturers include some sensible traditional ring-tones that won't embarrass the business user these days? The user should have the option of having his/her phone sound like, er, a phone.

They aren't terrible. Also. Be very weary when it comes to distributing these.
Ohh, also, guys, for those hacker crew out there.. Could we "replace" a ringtone on the iPhone with a custom MP3 or WAV, or whatever format it is stored in?
Instead of uploading completely custom ones, replace one on the iPhone, and then select that? I don't know how that part of the filesystem is accessed, but, this could be a method for custom rings until apple releases easier means.

To be honest the answer is not really known at this point in time all we have really been told is tha new ringtones are "easy". We will know more when the developer team makes more substainal breakthroughs such as fully getting a custom hacked resture diskimage uploaded and working on the phone. Which shouldn't be too far off.
I appreciate that, but it's a bit "retro" rather than contemporary. Not to my taste.
Also it is the only one that sounds like a phone. It wouldn't be difficult to give a small collection for business users.
I find musical ringtones rather difficult to hear particularly when there is other music playing in the background.
They can also sound pretty daft in a business environment.
Perhaps it's just me.
