I am running Windows 10 using the V5 BootCamp drivers.

I have the new BLE Magic Keyboard, TrackPad, and Mouse can only get the mouse to work. It needs the new updates, which are normally downloaded automatically. But not on this box. For now, I am using the old BT and wired versions.

Extracting the drive and hooking it to another machines would be a PITA. Any ideas?

Did you try running the Apple Software Update in Windows?
I just installed Win10 on my mini last week. When I first ran the Apple Software update in Windows, there was an update specifically for the new trackpad/mouse/keyboard. I updated with that. It did not download automatically until I ran Software Update.
