Hey!

How do you download video that is embedded into a website? I try right clicking and it comes up with 'about quick time plug in' and various other things.

I vaguely remember someone posting on how you could do this using automator, I just can't find the post.

I'm not sure how to do it in automator, but usually you can look at the page's source code and search for ".mov" or ".mpeg" or whatever filetype it is and find the address embedded in a control. Then if you copy the path to the address bar and do Option+Enter (or maybe it's Command+Enter), Safari will download the file instead of playing it. I've noticed though that some sites are starting to use javascript to try to obfuscate the address in the source code so this method may not work for you.
