Download Videos with Subs

I need an app that downloads videos off the internet including the subtitles.
Subs work fine when watching the video on Safari.
Any suggestions?

I need to download on my iPhone, not Mac.
And the videos I want to download aren't on YouTube.

Try the VLC app. I've watched movies on iphone through it and the subs worked fine. Can't remember exactly how it worked but it involved having the movie on my PC then transferring it through wifi onto the phone. Both phone and PC have the VLC PLAYER installed.
