I'm wondering are there any applications i can use to download youtube videos on a non-jailbroken iPhone 3Gs

i doubt there's an application that you can download the videos on the iPhone itself but i know there are plenty of programs on PCs that do this so i'm sure there are equivalents for Macs then upload it into iTunes.

There is a app called myVideo that lets you do this, there is a free version that lets you try it out before you buy the full version.

has anyone noticed that the native utube app of the iphone is pretty slow to use (especially search) and that safari is much faster?

if you are jailbroken you can use yourtube..it's integrated in the youtube app... very slick...

Looks like apple have removed it form the app store http://www.myvideo2iphone.com/joomla/index.php possibly as you could use it to download porn form certain sites as well.
