Downloaded 10.3.3 and Now Having Problems

I just downloaded the 10.3.3 OS for my iphone 5s (I think that is the model number). Anyway, now the iphone and my MacBook are not syncing. I plug in the phone and it asks if the computer can be trusted, and I say yes, and then iTunes says it cannot connect to the phone because of an error response. I also get a message fro iPhoto that says the phone must be unlocked to sync photos from my phone's camera phone, but my phone is unlocked. I am so frustrated. This is why I am nervous about upgrading OS on anything.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like an iCloud access issue. Try signing out and back into iTunes on all your Apple devices. Should fix it.
