iPhone downloaded english pangu 1.1 but it loads as chinese?

downloaded it from http://en.pangu.io/ and it's still chinese?

mine was in english just now, you can try to redownload it or follow iclarified instructions, you have to put it in airplane mode and then press the blue button on the right side
