I’m having a weird issue with my M4 iPad Pro. It seems to be specific to one particular TV show I purchased. Using the TV app, I can download episodes just fine. Problem is, they don’t show in the “Downloaded” list. So, for example, once I’m on a plane without WiFi I have no way to watch them even though they are in fact downloaded. Anyone seen this before? Do I need to factory reset my iPad and setup as new?

iPad Pro Downloaded episodes not showing

Did you allow the downloads to complete? For example, if you clicked download but then left the wifi zone, they may not be downloaded yet.

Did you check the TV Shows tab instead of only Downloads? And maybe Movies if they might be mis-tagged?
And while this may not help if you are away from your Mac, next time, download to your Mac and then sync them to your iPad so you can be sure of their location by a manual action. I do almost the same with rips instead of purchases and they are always there in Library, Downloaded as well as Movies or TV Shows tabs too.
