Downloaded Music on iPhone (from iCloud) not showing unless I search

Hi

I have just downloaded about 10 albums from my iCloud (iTunes Match) to my iPhone.
As I have always done, I then turned off iCloud and chose "Show Only Downloaded Music" in the Music App. I do this to save battery life and have a clean list of downloaded songs I want to play.

However, of the 10 albums, 5 of them don't appear when I manually scroll down the screen (with Album as the filter).
If I then go to search and type the name of the albums, they appear on the results. they each have the "on device" icon. If I filter by Artists they appear.

What the F?

Any ideas why they dont show in the Album view?
On iTunes on my Mac they appear normally
