Is anyone else having issues with Apple Music lately?

Basically, there are albums/songs that I have downloaded, and when I play them, it seems like they have to "load" first (as if they're being streamed). And when I try to skip to a certain part of the song, same thing....it pauses and loads before resuming playback.

I've tried removing the download and then re-downloading, but same thing. And this doesn't happen with all of my music, just some. Is anyone else having this issue?

Same problem here when playing music from my ripped CD collection on my iPad Pro iOS 15.6.1 There is no sound until after a 10 second delay when songs start to play. The same delay happens when skipping songs at random. I conducted several tests and noticed the 10 second delay happens when using wired and wireless headphones connected to my iPad Pro. I synced the same music library and playlists to my iPad mini 3 iOS 12.5 with built-in headphone jack and there was NO delay whatsoever when playing music using wired headphones, but there was a 5 second delay when using wireless headphones. The following headphones were used for the tests: Audio Technica Over-the-ear Wireless M50xBT2 BT 5.0, Jabra Elite 45h On-ear Wireless BT 5.0, Samson SR850 Over-the-ear Wired Studio Headphones.

No issues here when playing direct on iPhone. Wonder if it's a Bluetooth issue?

Same thing happens when I play on the iPhone speakers. It's acting like some songs need to buffer/load when it says they're downloaded, it's odd.
