Downloaded videos from source show as blank white thumbnails and don’t play but viewable when seeking.

When I save my videos from my Eufy cam they show up as white thumbnails that don’t play in my photos app since upgrading to the iPhone 16PM. If I seek forward or backwards when attempting to play said video it shows a static image of it. Excuse my teeth in the photos, I’m British. . 😂
