Downloading Bar always there

Hi guys,

I don't know if any of you with this weird bug, but when I download something from internet (let's say a PDF), it downloads succesfully, but the downloading bar from Dock, it's still there like the download is still in progress, however it isn't.

If I hover an application, the bar remains in same position:

How I tried to fix this? The only way I found is by rebooting the system.

Open Terminal. Type: killall Dock

Should also fix the issue without a full restart.

I have this too. Glad to know it's a Yosemite thing and not something crazy related to my system.

Yes. I think it may have been there before too. I do know that it's been there for quite some time now.
