Hi all,

I have noticed a bar underneath my Downloads folder like that which appears when a file is being downloaded to the folder. How can I remove this bar?

I have attached a screenshot.

Thank you!

Might try force closing the Dock/Finder via the Terminal:

Code:
killall Dock
killall Finder

If that doesn't work, removing the icon and dragging it back in from your Home folder might.

This bug has been around ever since Yosemite and it's freakin' annoying!! The only way to 'solve' it is by killing off the Dock via Terminal (as Jessica briefly explained). I hope a permanent fix will come any time soon as I reported this bug many times already.
