Hello
I am a new user of this forum and I need some help.
I have a 2010 Imac and an old Ipod (2005 model, with click wheel).
I want to copy/download all the music I have from my old Ipod onto my Imac.
Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for that.
I tried De-Tune but for some reason it doesn't detect my Ipod.
I can see the contents of the Ipod on Itunes but that is it.

You don't need any apps or anything special. Apple gives instructions here, or there are slightly different instructions here. You can't use these with iPod touches or iPhones, but they will work with video/classic, nano, and probably shuffle as well. I used my iPod classic to move my library back in 2009 from my parents' PC to my MacBook Pro.
