"Downloading package" froze?

Im trying to download the Parking Lot game. It downloaded 1/2 way then just froze. It has been downloading for the past 2 hrs now and its not even a big file. I feel Installer is stuck.

How do I cancel a download in Installer?

If you wait long enough it will 'time out' but stay there. . .then you can press the 'home' button and return to the home screen. Restart your iPhone if you need to, and then open installer again

If you hold the home button down for about 8 sec it will force quit installer.
