iPhone X "downloading" pop-up in Photos

Hi guys!

I've been getting an issue on my X...

Whenever I want to edit a photo on Photos, I get a "downloading" pop-up and nothing happens.
I keep the originals (full file) on the phone and it even happens right after I took a pic!

I tried rebooting, signing out of the iTunes account and so...

Any ideas?
