Downloading Speed

So i am using Azureus to download on my macbook. I can't get anything higher than a yellow smiley face (which means nat problem). I test my TCP Listen Port and get a NAT Error. The only things i can tell you is that on my desktop computer i use utorrent and get downloads extremely quick. I am using a d-link router to connect to my internet on the macbook. Can someone give me a step by step on how to get quick downloads or at least setup so i don't get a NAT Error anymore. Thank You very much!!
