Downloads for Guitar Hero III?

I just got off the phone with Aspyr and the customer service rep said that they are still working on getting downloads to work...I asked for an ETA and it seemed like it may not happen. I told him how unhappy I was that downloadable content was still not available even though it says it is on the box
(which was the main reason I bought it for my Mac.) So I asked him to open a ticket for this and he took down my email address to formally log my complaint. If enough people call this number and ask about this content maybe they'll get a fire lit under them... (512) 708-8100.
