DP8 iTunes & Apple TV issues

On DP8 cannot get Apple TV to see my home library, error message 'cannot connect to ***** library, make sure iTunes is running and home sharing is on'

Have logged in and out of accounts on both ATV and iTunes, restarted, reinstalled DP7 all good, however cannot ATV to play nicely with DP8.

I can play airplay a movie direct from iTunes to ATV

Any suggestions please, I have logged a bug report, is anyone else having same issues?

I assume you have installed the latest Apple TV software update. My Apple TV 3 with the latest software operates flawlessly with both a Late 2013 iMac running Mavericks 10.9.4 and a Late 2012 Mac Mini running DP8.

I've got the same issue with DP8 and Apple TV with latest software update. Does not detect iTunes library. I have submitted a bug report.

Open to suggestions however.
