DP8 & PB3 - WiFi Tx rate issue

The WiFi Tx rate issue is back in both - DP8 and PB3 -- the rate fluctuates from 260 to 1300 Mbps... while with PB2 it was 100% stable at 1300 Mbps.
 
DP GM1 & PB GM - the same issue!

The same WiFi issue with the latest GM releases......:(
