This has been an ongoing problem, but seems worse lately. If I save an email I'm writing into Drafts, often when I take it out again to write more, the send button is grayed out and I can't get it off the screen. I have to do a hard reset and lose anything I've written since I re-opened it. (Yes, by now I check to see if the send button is active before writing more.)

It seems to occur at random - it will work just fine for a while and then problems. I can exit the iCloud email app and use any other app without issues. But the email app is frozen from that point on with the draft on the screen.

Anyone have an idea of why this is happening?

Sorry, haven't met that problem, maybe you can go to the after-sale service

I'm having this problem again recently. Has anyone else noticed it? Any ideas why it's happening? Very frustrating to have to do a hard reset to use my email when this happens.

If you have a problem with a greyed out send button try moving the draft email into the "In Box".

Same problem here - defensive action - cut and paste

I have had a problem with it - and now if I'm going to try to edit a draft on my iPad - I copy the text to either another email which I send myself - or to Pages. I often want to edit it on my iPad, but maybe not send it until I've reread it later - but on 2 occasions, I've had the draft just vanish from iPad (and therefore mac, iPhone etc.) Only work around I've found to not lose the work is cut and paste.

Yeah. That's what I end up doing, especially if it's a long email - copy and paste to iPages, hard reset. The draft reappears but the way it was before I added to it.

It sure is annoying. :(
