Drag and drop?

I just updated to El Capitan and I can't drag with 3 fingers anymore. I looked at the trackpad settings and I don't see any option for enabling it. Am I missing something?

Lol yea that annoyed the hell out of me til I googled it. Stupid that they moved it

I think they draw the name of a feature out of a hat for each update to decide what they f#ck with for no reason whatsoever.
