Drag motion - How to disable?

Hello there,

Looks like this is a normal MacOS behavior but is there any way to change it?
I've already disabled the Swipe between pages option, but I still have this drag jitter...

Most likely an issue with graphics acceleration. What year and model is your Mac and which GPU does it have? How much ram, and which CPU? How did you update? QTA or dosedude1's patcher?
