Can anyone recommend any decent drawing apps that use the Apple Pencil that’s suitable for 5 year olds

which is suitable for cartoonists.
the App exports, imports has layers and can be saved as Photoshop, jpeg and PDF
the app is under $10 and i been using that since 2017
i sue my finger or a scrubbier tipped stylus to draw lines though.

And you’re using this app with multi-layers, tool presets etc successfully with a 5 year-old? It seems great for older ages, but I doubt a young child could make good use of the complex toolset, although the developers claim it’s suited for 4+
