i finished my site and put it to my host and all of my links work but my main index wont show my 3 frames

you can see the 3 frames wehre its supposed to be in the error pages. but when i go thte linke seperatly it works fine

Remember when working on sites that if your browser is caching old files then you can not see your changes. This may have been the problem with your frames not showing. I keep my browser(s) caches set to 0 so a new page loads each time.
