Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to Illustrator to do some basic graphics work with logos, business cards, and web graphics.

I was very happy to find Rapidweaver for web stuff as Dreamweaver was too much app for me both feature-wise and price-wise.

I was wondering if there's some Mac app that is a good analog to Rapidweaver for basic graphics work?!?

I've tried Gimp on the PC before and I'd prefer to try something different.

Thanks!

Intaglio and Eazy Draw are available and run natively and they're fairly inexpensive.

Inkscape is an open source application that requires XWindows. It works better on Linux than Mac OS X but it's buggy anywhere.

Thanks! I'll try those out. I think I may skip Inkscape as it seems to suffer from XWindows fugliness!

:p
