DriveDX Issues with Catalina 10.15.7

New installation of Catalina on late 2013 iMac 27". DriveDX recognizes my boot drive, 500GB SSD but does not recognize Smartdrive status on my other 2.5 HDD's attached via USB3. "Smartdrive not supported". The drives work fine, weird. Anyone have a solution? Everything else seems to run fine.

Perhaps you need to reinstall the SAT SMART Driver:

DriveDx - external USB and FireWire drive diagnostics support

Maybe you need to approve the new 3rd party extension kext (SAT SMART Driver) in the Security & Privacy preferences:

Knowledge base « BinaryFruit

I needed to reinstall and approve the drivers, per your suggestion. That fixed it. Thank you!!
