Drivers for Dell v725w on Mac

Anyone know what drivers to use for the
Dell v725w on Mac? I think it's actually a lexmark???
Anyone got it working wirelessly?

That is a link to the driver. Does that not work? Not sure if it is the latest, but it is 10.10 and on the Dell site.

Doh! The site wouldn't allow any of my browsers change the OS option.
And google searches resulted in lots of nothing!
