I don't buy any songs from Itunes unless its Itunes Plus as I have a Sonos system which plays music throughout my house. Now that I've purchased a few tv shows from Apple, what are the odds that I can get them to play on my Tivo, Windows based pc, etc? I don't want to make significant investments if I will be contrained to an Apple TV if I want to watch this 10 years from now. My other option is to buy the DVDs and rip to Apple TV so at least I'll always have the DVD. This process takes much more time but at least I'm not stuck. Any opinions?
