Drop in refurb prices on MBP?

Did anyone else notice the prices of the refurb'ed MBP's dropped by about $100? Does this mean that the SR MBP's are coming to the refurb site soon?
 
That's weird because the 15" SR MBP's are sold out all over New York. There seems to be some shortage of Santa Rosa's. Maybe they're doing something?
