I've searched the forums and can't find this already discussed, so here goes.

I'm working on several InDesign projects with remote collaborators.

I'd like to have a "universal links" asset pool that is the same for us all.

Ideally, it would be a live sync of the Links folder inside our working InDesign publication folders.

For the life of me though, I can't figure out how to make this work.

If I alias the Links folder and put it into the dropbox, it does not recursively back up the whole folder; instead i have a replicated alias.

Anyone out there have this working successfully, or another solution that might work?

You don't want to put an alias to your links folder on dropbox, you need to actually put your links in that folder and link to them there. This way you can really be linked to the same files as everyone else.
