Dropbox local storage solutions for ios?

Coming from note 2, I had dropsync app that synced files which kept files on phone without having to download everytime I wanted to view them(Dropbox app). Any solutions for ios that keeps my Dropbox files stored locally on iPhone without having to constantly download them? Thanks

If you swipe right in dropbox there is a star icon. Clicking this will save the file locally. I am pretty sure this is available on android as well as I have used it previously. See https://www.dropbox.com/en/help/87

I want ALL Dropbox to be in local storage,not just individual files that are favorited

I don't think there is a way to do this on iOS. BitTorrent's Sync lets you do something similar though it's more of private peer to peer rather than cloud storage.
