For no reason I can ascertain, Dropbox on my Mac Mini has stopped importing photos and videos. Sometimes, if I reboot, it will work again for a while, but not always.
Instead, what I end up doing is going upstairs to plug the phone into my MacBook Pro, which has no problem doing what it's supposed to do.
I posted in the Dropbox forums, but all I got was a bunch of other people with the same problem.
I finally got Dropbox support to pay attention, and the agent wasted my time with about 15 things to do, none of which worked.
Please, any help is appreciated!
