Dropbox sync

MacBook Pro on latest OS, 1Password latest version.

Dropbox keeps syncing (or trying to sync) 2 files with obscure names that I have no clue about.
It looks like it's related to 1Password since that's the only one in my Dropbox folder showing the blue sync glyph, but when I create a new item, it gets synced OK.
So Dropbox might be hanging for any other reason.

I uninstalled Dropbox (using App Cleaner), unlinked my Mac, rebooted...
Problem persists.

Any ideas to solve this?

[EDIT] I always keep 1Password Mini running in my Menu Bar. As soon as I quit it, the syncing stops.
So it is related to 1Password - is now my best guess.

[UPDATE]
1Password Support suggested to change from .agilekeychain to .opvault
So far, that seems to have solved the hanging sync.

I have not seen your specific issue, really never any with 1Password. All are stand alone, macOS, iOS & Windows too.

All of them have now been moved to .opvault. Its been on my list to do.
